Huzhou Zhonghang Roll Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of rolls and roll rings, was built in 1992. The company was expanded from Hangzhou, Zhejiang province to Huzhou Deqing-Industrial Zone in 2015, and renamed as "Zhonghang Roll′. It is one of the earliest enterprises to produce metallurgical rolls in China.
With more than 30 years of steady development, the strength of the enterprise is constantly enhanced, with a good production guaranteed capacity and product testing facility. It has more than 100 sets of advanced equipment, such as Smelting Furnaces, Centrifuges, Heat Treatment Furnaces, CNC Machining and so on. The company is equipped with "OBLF" Direct-Reading Spectrum Analyzer, which is imported from Germany, and other testing machines for Hardness, Tensile Strength, Metallurgical Structure, Ultrasonic Flaw Detection. It also has high standard Environmental Protection Facilities. The annual production capacity of rollers and rings are more than 15, 000 tons.
Adhering to the core concept of "undertaking, exploring and surpassing", the company has gathered more than 30 domestic famous roll technical experts and high and intermediate engineering technicians. The company set up Research & Development Center for municipal level, cooperate with domestic famous universities and research institutions for long technology partner. At present the company obtained 4 invention patents, 22 practical patents, 14 inventions and 45 practical patents are now under examination and approval. It is mainly suitable for High-Speed Wire & Rod, Rod, Narrow Strip Steel, Medium Strip Steel, Section Steel and other Rolling Mills′ Rough Rolling, Intermediate Rolling, Finishing Rolling Steel production lines.
